jus' kidding with ya RommelS, i'm not a big fan of McD's.

We have a Border's here (Bangor, ME.) that allows free access in the coffee shop area using T-mobile and there are not many using that either.

The local Krystal restaurant has recently added a WiFi hotspot! I was shocked! Now we can brouse the WWW while we feast on 'Sliders'.

There are a couple of free wifi mac D's in NYC and some free personal node networks if you are in the right spot.

Our local McDonald's has wifi capability but I think you have to pay for hourly usage. $2.99 or some such amount. I had my x50 at work and the McDs was close so I tried to connect. It prompted me with some site that they are using.

Over here, in Princeton N.J we got Wifi in out public library. They have like a two grand setup so you can get resption from like 250 feet away. I like to bring Either my Axim or my laptop and park across the street and just surf in my car while drinking Starbucks (Alot of Starbucks had Wifi to.)
