McDonald's Serves Up Wireless Web Access

Here goes another McWireless. Wireless PDA users in San Francisco will have the option to surf the Internet in McDonalds in a few weeks.

SAN FRANCISCO--Would you like Internet access with your fries?
McDonald's is convinced that, for many people, the answer is yes. However, even as it expands the number of restaurants offering wireless Internet access, company executives admit they are still trying to figure out the dollars and cents that will make the move add up.

Big F'en deal.......Land of Fruits & Nuts!...........roll it out NationWide, and maybe I'll be impressed...........if & when it's FREE!!

No way am I gonna go to MickeyD's (or StarBuck's, for that matter), to hook-up to the WWW!

Not when I can order Pizza Hut/ Pappa John's/ Domino's, for FREE on the Cell, and surf the Net @ home while I'm waiting for delivery, in my underwear!!!

Poor delivery guy.

I think it's a good move for wireless. Of course it won't be FREE. I do wish they would put it in more areas, though. :alien:
