If you need basic help with PIE try using the built-in help under Start-->Help and searching for internet. Bookmarking a site is available in multiple places in PIE, including under the soft button Favorites-->Add/Delete, Menu-->Add to favorites and tap and hold on screen-->Add to favorites.
Nope, the help on this is as bad as the help for every other MS product. Your post was way more informative than anything I found in Help. I dunno, I guess help and me just don't get along
