I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post this, but I've been having this problem with syncing outlook notes.
My company, for some reason, flushes the Exchange server Notes every month. Anything that's older than a month is automatically moved to a folder to be deleted after another month. When they do this, the notes gets disconnected. I can manually move the notes back to the "Notes" folder in outlook, but they won't sync. I end up with however many notes I had as "unresolved items"
Trying to resolved the items will result in "n" number of dialog boxes from ActiveSync telling me "Cannot synchronize '??????' with the device. It may be in use or you may not have enough device memory." message.
I used to use a Palm device and Chapura had a feature that let me set up the Notes folder in my local drive. ActiveSync doesn't let me do that.
Can anyone help?
