I have verizon dsl as my isp. I have added the Pop3 and SMTP gateway information in outlook when I added the verizon account to outlook. Outlook tested my settings and successful sent a test email. What I can't figure out is how to view the incoming mail in outlook in my inbox. Without this I can't sync my email. Can someone help?

I'm not sure if I understand your problem - but if you think that the e-mail was sent to your ax but you can't see it - are you looking at the inbox for the right account? When you open your inbox on the ax at the bottom menu their is an account button. You can select either activesync or one pop account - click on your pop account and you should then see your inbox for that account. Clicking on the top left will take you to other folders - sent mail etc.

Hope this was what you mean't - if not please try to explain your problem again

    Mr. Rubber,
Thanks a lot for your help. I think I solved the problem. I hit the send/recieve button on the top of the outlook menu and my mail was sent to my box. Is there anyway I can get the mail to come automatically when I log on without having to hit send or receive?
