Ever since I upgraded to WM2003 my batterstatus always says 100% even if I keep it on for hours. I have tried multiple programs with the same results. Dell had me do a hard reset with no change. Has anyone else had this problem? and if so, do you know the solution?

are yo refering to your backup battery, cause that happens with me it never goes down since i upgraded, maybe the new tech allows it to use less power.
