FlexWallet updated to Rev 3.1

We just now updated FlexWallet 2006 Rev 3 to 3.1 to fix two specific issues we found in the Rev 3 release. The first is the entering of registration keys on Windows Mobile. The second is a Small Icon list view issue that was originally fixed in Rev 3 betas and broken in the final release.
