FlexWallet 2006 Rev 3

Good afternoon!

I am happy to announce the release of FlexWallet 2006 Rev 3! Rev 3 brings about many bug fixes, drag and drop operation, an updated user interface on the desktop, and many under the hood improvements. We spent a large amount of time reworking the build, install, and foundational layers to make FlexWallet more reliable and flexible.
