Now that Microsoft has officially announced Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition, just about everyone wants to know when and if they'll be able to load the new version onto their current Pocket PC.

These updates won't come directly from Microsoft. Instead, each licensee will be responsible for taking the generic version of the software given to it by Microsoft and tweaking it for their particular models.
