Further demonstrating the versatility and performance of NAND Flash memory solutions in handheld digital products, Toshiba America Electronic Components, Inc. (TAEC)* today announced that its NAND Flash memory is being used in a new line of recently-introduced personal digital assistants (PDAs) from sister company Toshiba Digital Products Division (DPD), a division of Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc. (TAIS).
