I have a truemobile card, and I want something else. Can you put an emphasis on the strength of the cards "signal" and how far away from the ap you can reliably stay connected?

No problem. I'll surely do that, but so far I can say that it is better than my Linksys Instant Wireless Card for my laptop ...stay tuned.
