Recently, MS Smartphones become the talk-of-the-town mobile gadgets. The products are designed for mobile phones users but more focusing on multi media and internet and gaming applications. MS's WinCE.net platform is another OS for small device. Hong Kong based company STAMP uses it as an new smartphone core system. The first product is introduced in 19th Hong Kong Computer Expo, and "PC Phone" will be available in the market in 3rd quarter of 2003.
