I use ThunderHawk and have had no problems. Sorry, I haven't followed any of your previous posts you may have made about ThunderHawk so I don't know any information you have posted before.
I'll tell you how I use it and maybe you can get some ideas to get it working. Of course, our way of connecting to Thunderhawk might be different but, once connected, the procedures should be the same once Thunderhawk launches.
To begin:
--I disable Dashboard (don't have to but I found it works better if I do).
--perform a soft reset before connecting and also run Space Reclaimer.
--use Gomadic cable and my cell phone to connect. Go to my Start menu to launch ThunderHawk.
--when finished and want to exit ThunderHawk, I press the calendar button (by the d-pad). This opens a menu across the screen with a series of icons above the address bar. Tap on the (X) and it closes ThunderHawk and you are back at the Today screen. You can go back into Connections and tap End (to end the connection) OR, on the Today screen, there should be two tiny arrows up at the top right (one pointing left, one pointing right)...tap on those arrows...wait a couple of seconds and a menu comes down with a choice to end the connection.
Hope this helps...but, like I said, I haven't seen any posts you may have already made about this so I don't know if this will help you or not (?).
I haven't used ThunderHawk for a week or so but, if I recall correctly, this is how I get it to work.
Then after I'm done and disconnected, I do a soft reset, space reclaimer, and go into the Today menu and click Dashboard to get that back.
