Damn, that sucks. I wonder if the PocketPC 2003 upgrade that is getting shipped at the end of this month for me will still get shipped, or if they will ship that as well as a CD containing an Axim fix.

Most likely the Upgrade CDs will not ship on time. I'm not keeping my hopes up on a timely delivery on mine for the time being.

Yeah, me neither. But, I don't think the OS is the issue, right? It's the Axim, itself, that is the issue. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Exactly.
The problem is with the software that Dell ported to the OS for it to work with their device.

Even if the upgrades are delayed, I would rather have a working program. No sense to install a problem like others are having. My 2002 is working just fine.

My 2003 update that I ordered has disappeared from my order status page at Dell. I too want it right when they ship it.

My understanding is that they are not shipping any units until the problem is fixed. I just ordered my Axim and it is supposed to ship Monday. I guess I'll just have to wait and see.
