Dot Net Compact Framework 3.5
that's at the Microsoft website, if it doesn't work with WM5 try downloading an earlier version, say 2.0. which you can just search at the same site. One note here is that it is usually a large install, I usually install it to one of the memory cards if it's not already included in the ROM I'm using at the time
