I've had it with Outlook! Replacements?
Can anyone recommend an alternative to Outlook for keeping track of contacts and calendar items? I am sick to death of the duplicates after syncing and Outlook's moronic handling of time zones.

I'm looking to replace Outlook on the PCs AND on the Axim. This means I'm open to switching to different contact/calendar software for the PCs too.

(Currently running Office 2002 on the PCs. WM5 on the Axim X51v.)

I need to be able to:

• sync the Axim with my desktop AND notebook computers without making duplicate entries (sync needs to take place from the Axim cradle for the desktop and over Bluetooth for the notebook)
• change time zones without the software moving appointment information (like flight departure times for return journeys) or changing a birthday to a 24-hour appointment that straddles midnight by a couple hours

At this point I'd gladly pay retail. I don't use Outlook for e-mail, so the replacement contacts/calendar app wouldn't need it.

Open to suggestions.

Then the double entries are common to everyone? I have been trying everything I could to stop it from happening. Every time I sync my x51v I get duplicates of everything. I can't find a way to stop activsync from automatically starting the process and still allow access to my Axim for installing programs, etc.

Any help would be appreciated here, too!
