HTTP Post Code Example

Hi there, I am looking to see if anyone can provide me with an HTTP C/C++ code example for making an HTTP multipart form post for uploading a Raw and or XML file to a server script over the wifi connection of a AXIM X51v winmobile 5.0 device.

Any input is appreciated.
