Wild idea?

As i recently found out, activesync will not sync any files to any other storage unit other than the axims internal memory.

However! it will sync any files to any folder i choose on my device.

This is the idea, or rather a hope that someone has the knowhow to: create a program or function that will automaticly transfer all the files synced with the chosen directory on to the sd or cf card.

This would have to take place instantaniously as the internal memory of the x51v is rather limited.

You could try using Microsoft's SyncToy. It's a free program that allows you to create folder pairs for synchronization.
