how can I play movies on aximx51v?

Hallo! Someone can help me!
How can I download the movies to device, I have no problem to sync music clips to PDA,but I have problems if I want to download some movie! Someone can tell me,what program I should use to resize movies format to be possible to sync it in device???

You will find many programs that can convert movies to 640x480, but none are free that I know of. Search Google for convert video 640x480 and you'll get results.

no need to resize anything.. just get this media player

works wonders!!
all you have to do is place the media file onto your axim using windows explorer.... eg on the CF card....
then open this program, and open the file on your pda and it'll play it. PLays just about any format!!!

A bit of a late reply, I am afraid, but:


Having been looking for some kind of conversion software for a while, I have just bought SPB Mobile DVD for the princely sum of £10 and I heartily recommend it.

It is very simple to use, reasonably quick at converting and the quality of the movies is excellent; it has enough options to tweak it if you need to. I am sure that I could find fault if I tried hard enough.......... but it could take a while.

Well worth the investment

I downloaded this program and it works so far, can someone help me? They removed the drivers for MP4v Mac files, suggestions where to get to install them?

Mark they have changed their support a bit but I can not tell you why your app has changed the files it supports while you already have it installed unless the newer encoded files have been slightllychanged.

There is a new version of TCPMP Here but it costs $$$$$

I would bet Apple stepped on them a little. I wonder if I could get a dll and just install it in a directory and it would work? Suggestions or ideas welcome.
