Internet Explorer for Windows Mobile 5.0

Is there a way to load a higher version of IE? I keep getting error "you are currently using Internet Explorer 4.0..." Plus, there are certain graphics which will not display.

I tried downloading IE V6.0, but could not get it to load.

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I am new to PDA's and Axim X51v.

Your only options are third party browsers. Minimo, Opera, and NetFront are good options.

IE is part of the OS and cannot be updated without the support of Dell via a ROM update.
