Music storage on Sd Cards

How do i store music to ths sd card in preference to Axim 51V so that I can tak a large selection of music with out using all the memory . I am sure it can be done but i have failled to find a way, can anyone help?

Two ways.

1/ using ActiveSync to transfer your files from PC to "SD Card" folder on your AXIM.

2/ (Preferred) use an external card reader to put the files onto the card.

2 is preferred as it is MUCH faster (and simpler) than 1.

I agree - just copy your mp3's to an SD card, using your desktop computer. Then stick the SD card in your axim. Then put your axim in landscape mode (to allow easier viewing of longer filenames such as title and artist). Then I use Rescoe file explorer to navigate over to my storage folder and click on the files I want to play.

Don't waste time trying to get them onto your axim using activesync- will take forever.

Easy enough to do with windows media player 10 connect the Axim with sd card installed and select the sync option on the top buttons bar. you can drag and drop music onto the card straight from the library
