X51v and Sprite Backup problems

I've been using Sprite Backup for a while without problems. However in the last few days things have started to go wrong. Sprite support suggested that I uninstall and then reinstall Sprite Backup. Unfortunately uninstall fails with message "A problem has occured with gwes.exe". It shows a lengthy detailed error report on the screen, but I can find no way copying and pasting into any other program so that I can add the error report to the documentation for analysis. Can anyone suggest a way of doing this? I had thought of taking a screen shot, but even if I got that to work, there is the downside that the error report is large and takes up numerous screens.

Sprite support have suggested that the reason the uninstall fails is because I have insufficient free memory. "Settings" show I have:
Storage: 123mb free
Programs: 28mb free

Is that really not enough to uninstall a program?

gwes.exe is the "Graphics Windowing and Events Subsystem". When you get a message from that system executable, the fault is generally on the side of the application that generates it, in this case Sprite Backup.

Support personnel who blame "insufficient memory" usually are looking for a quick way out of a problem they don't know how to remedy. If you can't get Sprite Backup uninstalled properly, the only recourse is to hard reset.
