Setting up E-mail with Exchange Server

Okay - so this might be a really dumb question, I will admit, I know very little about e-mail and pop3, imap4, exchange, etc. . .

I want to setup my outlook here in the office through the messaging program on my handheld (WM5). The office uses an exchange server, and the only options provided on my handheld are POP3 and IMAP4. I have tried everything imaginable to get this to work correctly, but to no avail.

I have setup a sync for the e-mail, but it's not running through the messanging program. I would like it to run though messaging because of some other software that I am not able to fully utilize because of this.

Any suggestions?

You can add the Exchange server as a server source in the ActiveSync settings on the Axim. In AS, go to Menu-->Add Server Source.

You can view a video from Microsoft's Exchange team that details what options you can have on the Exchange server and on the PPC. If simply adding the server source with the info you have doesn't work you'll want to direct your network administrator to this video so s/he can properly set up their server for ActiveSync functionality.
