Software for x51v

I just purchased (and am awaiting delivery of) an x51v. I'm trying to purchase some software (games, etc) for this device. I've found a lot of software available on-line for download, but can't seem to find any to purchase in the stores. Does anyone know of stores that carry software compatible with this device? I'm located in So. Cal. Any help would be appreciated.

Why would you want to purchase software from a bricks and mortar if it is downloadable? I can't think of any upside.

I guess I just like the idea of having the "hard copy" of the product in case something happens. What if my system crashes and I lose stuff on it? Won't I be better off having a hard copy to re-install? It was just a thought. Since I am new to all of this, I was being cautious. Yes, I back-up my system regularly, but just like the security of having it here with me, LOL Call me silly!

When downloading, you can always save it to a folder first. After that, you can burn it onto a CD to create the backup or you can copy it to a rewritable CD.

Rarely can you find an application more than 2 MB in size, most of them are less than 1 MB. A 700 MB rewritable CD-ROM can hold a few hundred applications.

It also depends on who you purchase from. I have purchased Programs from handango and laridian that I have installed on my ppc and lost the cd copy and I am talking about 2002. Since then Those companies continue to have them saved along with the activation codes in their websites. Heh, I still have a copy of Everquest in my Handango account that I cant use cause its not made to run on WM5.
