Odd folders problem

Apologies, as a newbie, for posting here if it's not appropriate but I can't see a WM5 software forum.

I have an odd problem on a new X51v but also on a HTC Universal. It's present on Adobe Reader and on Powerpoint mobile.

When I want to open a file, in either of them, the file selection dialogue does no allow me to view all the folders on the machine. I have 1gb SD cards in both machines but I cannot view files in the My Documents folder on the SD card. There are a limited number of folders shown in the selection options, some of them are internal memory but some of them are on the SD card. I can't see any logic to the folders shown, some of them are standard on the system but some of them are not but have been created by applications such as Roboform. If I rename tyhe My Documents folder on the SD card to SD Documents, the apps can see the top level folder but still can't see the folders within it such as Presentation and PDFs.

Any ideas?

Move your files out of the /SD Card/My Documents folder and keep files one level deep or less. Whether or not you can see files more than one level deep on a storage card is application dependent.
