"http://servername/reports" is a format or template for a VPN. It is not an actual link to a VPN. A valid VPN link has this structure "http://CompanyNameServer/Reports.html". Authorized user usually requires a username & password to logon.
The "Reports" appears to be a custom built SQL application. It is a database report mounted on the "Reporting Services" server.
To access the server, you need the appropriate VPN client (Cisco, Nortel, etc) installed on your pda.
You asked:
"Anybody has or have had the same problem, what can't I do, may be is missing software. Any comments?''
Answer:
We have no access to the server, so we don't have the same problem.
You should consult your IT if you have difficulty accessing their VPN using your pda.
