Mobile News 3.1.0 is released. It is an easy to use XML (RSS, RDF, Atom) viewer. In this release, several enhancements are added

1. Preview panel is added beside the news list
2. Automatic update when the PPC is connected to cradle
3. VGA support
4. Performance enhancement
5. Improved OPML import
6. Miscellaneous bug fixes
