msreader.exe error message

I have an Axim x50. I cannot get Microsoft Reader to work. No matter what I do I get the following message:

Cannot find 'msreader' (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and all the required libraries are available.

I have tried everything I can think of. I have un-installed it a number of times. Re-installed it to different locations. Taken it off my pc. I even contacted Dell. They were no help, just cost me alot of time on the phone listening to bad music.

Anybody have an idea what I need to do?
