A while back I tweaked my screen to match a theme that I downloaded but now I don't remember how I did it. There was some utility that showed dozens of options from icons that show up on top to the colors of various bars. It seems it was Icbar but since it doesn't work too well with WM2003SE I can't really tell if that's a menu option or not. I'd just like to get rid of the ugly red border around my blue theme.
