I installed a trial version of the remote software that is listed on the X50 CD. Total Remote. It is a very nice application however, I was unable to receive anything via IR after installing it. Upon trying to remove it i couldn't due to an installed font. Later I was able to delete the font, I was wondering if anyone else has heard of this IR problem. I would have bought the application had it not done that.. I am now trying NetRemote-- which is not as nice-- but my IR still works
