Connecting with agile messenger

I am able to connect immediately the first time I register my msn and yahoo acounts. However, every other time I try to connect now the little guys in the bottom right corner spin around but it never connects. I just press menu-online status-all services-conect but it dosnt work. I tryed reinstalling the program with the newest one on my x5 but still no luck. Am I doing something wrong or what?

I have the same problem on my x3 .. do a soft reset, then try to get in, that works for me
