Trying to make the switch to Pocket Informant

Ok, i'll admit I have been a die hard Outlook junkie but I kept seeing these Ads for Pocket Informant so I finally had to take a look. Well, i've been using it for about 2 weeks now and one thing that just happened made me mad.

I added a birthday and anniversary for an existing contact and it's not creating a reminder for it! Do I have to go in after I add the birthday/anniversary for a contact and manually add an event to the calendar? I dont' remember outlook behaving this way.

Never mind I found it, it was under options, then Apply Contact Birthday/Anniversaries needed to be checked to YES, it was defaulted to NO. Now it does say that it will not apply to desktop outlook so i'm not sure how the syncing will work out but at least it works on the PDA now.
