I really want a theme generator with support for Windows Mobile 2003. The only one I can find is for PPC2002.
WM2003 obviously supports deeper skinning than PPC2002, as demonstrated by the themes microsoft has made available HERE, including the ability to change the text color on the Start menu, the color of the circles that appear when you tap and hold, and the horizontal lines in the background of the Contacts and Pocket Word (for example).
A second gripe is that when Theme Generator for PPC 2002 attempts to send a theme to a WM2003 device, it issues an error message. (Its themes will work though. Just move the theme into your Pocket PC My Documents folder.)
Does anyone know how to make a theme for WM2003? Maybe a leaked version of what the folks at Microsoft obviously have?
