I am a new member using ( obviously ) this forum for the first time.
Purchased Axim X5 6+ months ago & easily installed ActiveSync
software to desktop . . .
Troubles started yesterday when unable to establish connection
between X5 & Dell desktop . . .
I purchased X5 keyboard & was attempting to load/install device
driver onto X5 . . .
Couldn't get connection so ( like an idiot! ) I deleted partnership,
thinking that I could re-establish or re-load later . . .
Long story short, when I try to re-install X5 ActiveSync sofware,
I no longer get the " New Partnership " Wizard to set up!
Have tried switching USB ports, uniinstalling, reinstalling, bypassing
the cradle, MS support site, downloading new version 3.7.1 of ActiveSync, etc, etc . . .
Hope I am using this forum properly . . . if not, my sincere apologies!
I am grateful for any assistance that you can provide!
