JTMoney, I don't see a "forums" in the link. I only see forum. Where do you see this?

The 404 error message says "forums/index.php" does not exist. That's because there is no "forums", it's "forum". So, my guess is that somewhere in the download module code for this bulletin board is a bug that has "forums" for the installation root directory instead of the correct "forum".

The Downloads can be rated, but there is no instructions as to if 1 is best or if 5 is best ....

can you let us know which # is best and can you post it in the download section too !
