DELL TECH SUPPORT F-ING SUCKS!

I am waiting on the phone to solve a problem with my Axim. I have been waiting for well over 20 minutes. I will continue to wait for how much longer? This is insane. Dell claims to have award-winning customer support, but only if you have the patience to recieve it! Think of all the things I could have done in my wasted time. This has got to be the worst excuse for customer support I have ever seen.

This is not news to anyone !!!. At best Dell support is inconsistent.

However, this forum is happy to help. What is your problem ?. It is unlikely to be unique, so some one can help...... and we don't charge

Actually, I posted the problem in the accesories section. It should be under active threads, entitled "SD Card TERRIBLE PROBLEM". So yeah. But if someone could help that'd be great.
