Connecting to the Internet via USB & PC

Easy Question I hope:

Using my Laptop, which is Connected to the internet via Cable (Comcast) modem.

Connecting my Axim via the USB port to my laptop which is connected to the Internet. Can I use AIM / Internet Explorer on my Axim with this type of setup?
If so how?

I have been looking through settings tab/ connections/ connections/ but get stuck there, if that is even the right place. It seems like it would be possible, yet I have not found the answer.

Any suggestions would be great! Thanks

If you're talking about America Online Instant Messenger, you have to download their client

As for the browser, their isn't any AIM Browser for the Pocket PC.

You can try downloading AOL for Windows CE for emails

You shouldnt have any problems using Internet explorer. but i guess im confused as to why you might want to do this, being that you are using a laptop...
