You can always get skinning programs, I just hope microsoft makes it ultrastable and usable. Improve, don't go back to Win95a...

I have heard 2004, but I would not count on it. I have read some people expecting it to run into 2005 before it is released. This would be the longest period of time between releases of new OS's by Microsoft.
