I think my favorite song (currently lol) is Machinehead by Bush or Bombshell by Powerman 5000. My favorite band would probably be Linkin Park though..

I liked lincoln park a lot, until they got played out by the radio stations. I also like bush but havent followed him since sixteen stone (which was the best album EVER!!!).

My favourite song(s)?
I have two right now, the first is "Heaven" by DJ Sammy and my second is "Kokopelli's Dream" by Cusco. I do play both a lot on my Axim. Great to walk to work listening to both those pieces, and they never get tired or stale.

my fav song is actually an album (on vinyl no less) "seconds out" by genesis fromaround 1978(?). god, this is really showing my age! most of what you guys are talking about are what my kids listen to!

Growing up in the late 80s and early 90s (Jr. and Sr. High School), I really enjoyed most of Erasure's songs. Even after High School, they continued to make great music, like "Run for the Sun". That is one of my favorite songs, and the only one I can think of at the moment. Although, I haven't heard that song in quite some time.
Maybe I'll find my CD and play it at home for my wife! She loves Erasure, too.

Wow, how odd. I have all my old Genesis stuff converted to mp3, and I have a small smattering on my iPod for my work commute. I just LOVE "In The Cage" while driving... Between that and some old King Crimson, Pink Floyd and Yes I can usually pass a 1hr drive with like four or five of some of them old 8-15 minute songs.
Now I really feel old. |
