It was mailed on the 31st of Jan! So it took them about 6 weeks to mail it out. It's about time!

I have a major gripe. My wife ordered mine on 11/27/02, mailed in the rebate, and we've never heard back from them. When I check on their site, there is absolutely NOTHING for us.

But we're talking November 27 was the order date. It couldn't have been too long before she sent in the rebate.

I photocopied everything just in case something would have happened. I would resend this ASAP, Ninja.
Unfortunately, the rebate redemption forms states - Your request must be postmarked within 30 calendar days of your system ship date.
If they have not received it from you, it may be too late to re-submit.

I'll be pissed off if that is the case. My wife sent the rebate almost as soon as she ordered it.

That may be the problem. When she sent in the rebate form, she also had to send in the Packing Slip that accompanied the Axim. If she sent in the rebate before it arrived, she could not have included the Packing Slip, therefore, they did not process the rebate request.
That would be my guess.

Well I checked mine just now and guess what it says:
"We have received your submission. We were unable to process your submission for the reasons indicated. The packing slip you submitted did not demonstrate purchase of the product required for the rebate. You will receive a letter or postcard explaining this problem. The letter or postcard may have additional instructions on how to correct this problem."
Well it was MY FAULT that I accidentally threw out the original packing slip when I got the AXIM (too much excitement). The customer care person emailed me one of their forms that he said would be just as good as the original Packing Slip and would replace it just as if I had sent the correct slip.
Gee can you spell CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE, sure "DeLL".
And the ADVENTURE continues... :x
