Wow thats really wierd..I never knew they even had 24 hour settings for ppc. OK, first of all, what county do you have you set as your location in Regional Settings? Chances are it is set on a county that uses 24 hour time. If you live in a county that uses 24 hour time but want 12 hour time, set it to a country that uses 12 hour time.. That should work. Let me know if it doesn't.

Let see if we can help you with this one.
Go back to the Regional Settings in Settings
Click on Timetab
Change your Time style to the first one on the list (h:mm:ss tt)
Click OK
I hope this helps. Let me know.

That's the ticket. RommelS has it writen down for you.
I went though the same thing, only I wanted the 24hr time to show up.
It's strange the default was 24hr it usually is standard 12hr you just need to tell it the time zone you want to be counted in.

I keep mine on 24 hour mode all the time, it's just easier not
dealing with that AM and PM crap. I just set my regional settings to HH:mm:ss
