I discovered the answer to my putting holidays into the Outlook calendar. The answer was select "Preferences, Calendar Options, Add Holidays.
Unfortunely, while adding the holidays to the calendar it created another problem. For some reason, in adding the holidays it starts the time at 1AM on the appropriate day and ends the time at 1AM the next day causing the time block marker for the holiday to cover two days rather then one day. Anyone know why the program sets the time this way?
