Help with PPC Calendar?

I have over two years of archived calendar data I sometimes need to look through to find the date(s) of a past meeting or customer visit.

My old Palm had a "find" key that did this nicely. Just open the search, enter the name, and the Palm would display all appointments, contacts, and notes with that name in it. Click on an entry and the calendar page popped up with the info.

Can I do this or something like it in PPC 2002? I haven't found any obvious solutions.

Or is there a simple third-party app that works. I don't particularly want to install a contact manager like Agenda, etc, if I can avoid it. The default ones that come with PPC are fine for me.

Tap your start button and tap Find.

You can search all data, or specific applications by clicking on the Type of find you want to do.
