And it works very easily with instructions that are provided...at least a couple of months ago when I got it.

I can't get Theme Generator to install properly, it can't find a file it needs or something. Have DLed it twice, tried to install 4 or5 times finally gave up.

It runs only on XP

You can install it on win 9x by installing the Windows Installer 2.0
but you wont be able to view or save themes, just add pictures but not saving them out.

shouldn't work just on XP, I was using it on win2k and it worked fine.
