Theme Generator

I'm new to the Pocked PC realm. Never even had a PDA. Did the research and got the best bank for my bucks with the AXIM. I downloaded a program onto my desktop called "Theme Generator". When I try to run it I get an errer: "The SKINAPP.EXE file is linked to a missing export SHELL32.DLL". I found the file but thought I had an old one so I downloaded a new one. Unzipped it. I'm still getting the same message.
Someone help out this Newbie. What am I doing wrong?

Was it a file that ended with a .msi extension? This is the Microsoft Installation extension. Just wondering. I have the file, but haven't tried it yet. I will and let you know how it goes.

I ran it, and it went through the installer. However, it did NOT install onto my Toshiba e740. I'm sure the same thing would happen on the Axim. Hmmm...

Theme generator loads onto your desktop. It will not work on the PPC.

I get the same message when i try and open it. I am running 98SE and am think that is the problem. Someone said it was 98SE compatible but I'm thinking its not. What are you running? We may be onto something. Jeff

It worked 100% on my XP Pro installation. Hmm... maybe it's not compatible with 98SE.
