ACTIVE SYNC HELP!

I currently have an IPAQ3765 with pocket pc 2002 it. I want to transfer all of my data, including calendar notes to my Dell X5 ...
I do not use outlook nor do I have it set up on the Ipaq.
I do use the built in ipaq calendar along with the notes...
Is there a painless way to transfer this data to the Dell x5?

What's the best way to accomplish this?

u can send all your data by ir port between your ipaq & dell.
