POP 3 Server setup

Can anyone point me in the right direction. I am using a wireless setup with my Cell phone and Axim via a data cable set. It works great for internet access and recieving email messages, however I am unable to send messages. I have talked to technical support at both my ISP and cellular provider. They have been unable to help. Both refer me to the other, saying that they do not support Windows Pocket PC 2002. I have the POP outgoing and SMTP incoming set up exactly like I have for Outlook on my desktop. Not sure if it has something to do with the spam settings at my ISP mail server or if I need to make some changes to the settings on my Axim.

You probably have to use a secure connection to the SMTP-server, in your "e-mail setup 4/4", click on "options" and set a mark at "Outgoing e-mail server requires authentication".

You can also use another SMTP-server, if for example you use the SMTP-server to your cell-provider, you usually don't need to use authentication.
