I know what you mean. i installed the new media player and it gives me errors saying that no skins in device, but when I go to look in the folder it it sthere, Then i install the other one and it it says it is not supported. i miss my plater, any ideas.thanks
The Windows Media Player that came with your Pocket PC already has version 8.5.

Thanks for answerig my reply, i have another question, evendentually i installed version 8 and now it wont work. Where can I get version 8.5 without having to hard boot my system?
Well, then it should just be to uninstall it... 'cause the 8.5 lays in ROM, but I'm not sure, never heard of anyone installing older WMP than the one already installed
BTW: When PPC2003 comes, WMP 9.0 comes with it B)

You cannot install it seperately you. A hard reset is in order.
