So, What does everyone think is going to be the coolest new ppc out for the holidays
I think if dell manages to drop the x7 also I would go with that. Doesnt look like we will see much but mem increases (no speed at least)
What do you guys/gals think?

An X7 would rock! Something half the thickness of the X5 would be nice, too. It's so darned thick!

Yeah, I'm a bit curious about how it's going to be in real life!

Thats a good point. It was just an artists rendering that we saw.........
And it didnt look to much like a dell at that. We will have to wait and see. I'll bet that it's slimmer though.

It will probably need to be in the iPaq 19xx size range, that series appears to be the one Dell will go with on the X3.
The one I'm looking at is the Toshiba e800. For work, this puppy would be the ultimate laptop replacement, if it does what the leaks say it does.
Probably couldn't afford it though.

I think Dell is going to be hot this fall/winter. Both the X5 and the new Axims. Once Dell has their new web site going, people are going to go check that out and see the new stuff and think that they have to have it. Plus, with a name like Dell and support (thats what they say on tv anyway) like Dell, then people will come. If you build it they will come...
Anyone know when the new Dell site will be up and running?

I agree. With Dell's release of LCD TVs, their own digital jukeobx, and possibly two new Axims, they are going to be through the roof in popularity!

Yeah, but Dell's support is "supposedly" going in the crapper as they move everything overseas.
Do you guys remember that Samsung with the flip out keyboard? That thing was awesome. All landscape mode, all the time.
