I just bought the Ambicom CF-GPS. I installed the software and plugged in the card and it was working instantly.
It found the satellites within 10 seconds and had a fix within 20 seconds.
Better yet, I already had Delorme mapping software installed and it picked up the Ambicom receiver and used the data to create a fix on the map loaded.
I definitely recommend this device to users of 400MHz Axim X5 with system A04.
I also bought it at Circuit City for a steep discount. Normally $199, Circuit City had it for $119.
